Join me at the art installation and panel discussion celebrating the life and work of Lucie and Thornton Blackburn. The Blackburns were Black entrepreneurs that started the first taxi service in the City of Toronto (then Upper Canada) in 1837.

Presented by The Blackburn Conference Committee, George Brown College and The Ontario Black History Society.

The event takes place from 12 noon to 8 pm. It is free to attend.

Panel discussion begins at 5:30pm.
